I seam to be getting into these M3U files..........there's a first time for everything!

Well I've taken 14 songs from the 99 in my bandAmp playlist and made an m3u.
They are not 'the best' or 'my most favorite' they're simply really nice songs in some random order or other.

OR
If you cant/wont download it, try this ;

Make a new text file, open it, copy and paste this code into it :

Name it "anythingyouwantto.m3u" and there's your playlist.
Now open your yTunes or whatever and ask it to 'load playlist', point it to your m3u file and your Uncle Bobs a fanny!

They'll be played straight from the bandAmp server so one or two songs have volume issues.

I'm not trying to take anyone away from duties in the Audio Review but if you just want a good hour of some good bandAmp music with no comments and clicking, give it a try.
**Edit: If you like a song, do look for it and do tell them so, they deserve it.

If you make your own 'compilation' and need to host it somewhere send me a PM, the files are so small I can easily host them from my own web space.

I sort of had you in mind when putting up the code.....for those who cant download anything aaaaa !

@fais : BUT YEA! your right...but it's not the idea though. Carry on actualizing the / your list and getting it out there with cover and creds.

This is just me having a good time ! And I'll probably make a few more.

You could consider these as the prelims.....if members took the time to get a few together, we can all have a listen and maybe work something out for the next Vol II.....and Vol III and etc know what I mean?

Not sure at first look exactly how you've created that but it's not it.
I'm not going to get into it again, I have explained in recent threads what it all means......but the number/name of the files is the same so EXTINF (number) must be the same as user/files/(number).mp3 in the next line.
For the address look at the top one.
**Edit : So if you want the page in the audio review, change the address to AudioReview/(number).html
This is indeed also a way of getting to the song page, without having to search.

OK! maybe it's a bit complicated......It is easier to get your bandAmp playlist page to make you an m3u file....you can then just move the tracks AND info around once you have it open locally in your pc.

Simply changing the (number) in my list wont work either, unless you also rewrite the 'EXTINF artist song name' bit.
