Yeah I remember this one, I really like this, it has a GREAT FEEL to it and a lovely rhythm.

The only thing to critique is to raise the short lead solo

Percussion sounds great!

Vocals sound awesome, but did you put a chorus or something on it? The vocals could do without any effects - it's just naturally great!

I REALLY like the chorus effect on the vocals, it brings it to another level for me. This song is very relaxing, I love it. I wish I can say something to fix, but I think you're doing really well so far. I've never heard this type of music before, so good job.

As you all know when you spend time recording you end up hearing only the fault and loose the overall outlook on the songs so outside ears are always welcome at that stage

Yeah sometimes it's better to do the mixing a day or two after, as you said your ears can play tricks on you...lol
I proof my songs in my car, I've got a nice system, I compare it to something that's been very well produced, seems to work for me.  One of the things I've noticed is that I put too much reverb in my earlier recordings.

Great feel! Maybe raise the vocals just a bit when the harmony comes in and raise the lead solo a little.
