i'm trying to wrap up this cd art, and i'm trying to decide on a title for this cd.  it may turn out that we don't use one, but i wanted to let everybody have a chance to say what they think

just start layin down ideas for titles.  nobody say "no, that's stupid" if you don't like one of the ideas.  the idea is that we agree on something quickly and efficiently.

How bout the word "FIRST"?

"FIRST" means :
1. This CD is the first BandAmp Compilation CD ever.
2. This CD is the first compilation of Indies Musicians from around the world.
3. F = Fantastic     => Hopefully this is what the CD's gonna be    
    I = Impression  => gives a good impression of BandAmp.com   
    R = Rocks          =>
    S = Spectacular => Hopefully this is what the CD's gonna be  
    T = Transparent => Indie music is bout transparency from the heart   

 It's lil bit old fashioned...but...i dunno...hehehhee....

i'm particularly fond of that last one.  not sure why, but that's what i like

i don't mean to throw out the other suggestions, it's just not my particular style to put the word "bandamp" in the title, since that seems to be beating a dead horse.  they're already gonna know it's bandamp, b/c i'm plastering that everywhere else.

i guess it's an "originality" factor for me.

but this certainly isn't just MY project.  if it turns out we've got a better liking for ANY of the above names, we'll go with it.
