bebop deluxe

This song is not in a battle

Composed for son's student film project ...credits roll
The good thing is using the brass out of the JV 1080 particularly the horn section patches.
They are so much better than the Logic presets and they come out of an old analogue box but with logic EQs and compression in the recording .
Go the 1080.

If only my mom could do this! I'm definitely jealous, haha!

Loved the upbeat vibe, it was really fun listening to it! The transition and 0:14 was definitely smooth and the sound quality is GREAT.

I don't know what it's called exactly, but the little riff at 0:53 sounded cool, along with a repeated version of that at the end...

That was probably the most fast-paced and action-packed minute of my month.

Very well put together, but much too Short!!!!

Yeah I bought a Roland JV 1080 module on Ebay a few months ago, absolute bargain, I love the sounds too.

The Drums fills, percussion are spot on, great sound.

Hmm perhaps extend it and add some vox and a couple of Solo's

Love it!!!!!

Do you like Cowboy Bebop? Sounds similar to the intro to the show.

The transitions are great. Loving the lead horn. It's like Miles Davis just came back to life.

Well done.

What an awesome piece!!!!  And a little out of your usual style too.  All the instruments have a great feel to them; almost live.  Really great achievement getting them to sound like that.  If you have any  more of this stuff put it up!  I love it!!!!

Love! I envision Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn in a small convertible speeding down the highway in Europe! What a funky little jazz piece. Great job Yoko!

Yea! I wish my mum could do something like this too  lol .....I wish I could do something like this!
Excellent music which ever end of the film it comes....in that it has expectancy and closure, like it's turning towards you with a wave and a sparkle in it's eye.
I hope sons film was as good as the music.
I really enjoyed that and it's just the right length, I just miss the 'mission impossible' kind of film that goes with it.
