It sounds a little industrial. I don't know alot about electro or techno, but it seems you have to many stop and goes that seem randomly strewn for the first seventy seconds to be a real dance track. I do like the different sounds that you're using. The vox is cool, but to me a little annoying as I cannot actually understand any off it, but that is either a flaw in my ability to listen or inentional on your part so that would be a personal preference. The extremely rapid penic in fan sound (its the only way I can describe it) is just a cool bit you put in there and the melodic sound you put near the end (in the third minute) are smooth. I thought the ending as a little weak. Just a fade?

I agree with Dark about the stops and starts making it more industrial, but I really like it. The first minute or so reminds me of a cross between the music at the begining of that Blade film, and the prodigy.
Which makes it pretty cool to me, as I love both these things!
It starts to sound more dancey as it progresses. I like the begining best

I think You should have the song re arranged so that it starts from the around 1.10 mark, and keep the starts, stops affects in small bits.

Great sounds and the vox sound cool too.
