well....sometimes i could use like maybe 6 seperate inputs or so if i had a lot of people over here playing different stuff.......but that wouldnt happen very often. I was originally planning on getting something simple like, a pod farm or something like that....but i really dont want to use the onboard efects on it..... so i decided i would just get a mixer for better clarity and then just run my effects into it. I'm not exactly a die-hard behringer fan. I just wan't something cheap, simple to use....that doesn't take up too much space on my desk here and can get decent sounds( and by that i mean it's not going to be nearly as good as any of your recordings with that yamaha). I just need something to get me through the day, that can record, and that people can actually hear it clearly. and that is why i would be going with a low-end behringer lol.
