I really like this, it's a good song, well put together and you've got a great voice - quite often when I listen to 'amateur' tracks it seems to be the singing that lets the song down, but that's not the case with you.  I guess my criticism would be that for me, it's all very much on one level, the instrumentation doesn't really change and there's no dynamic contrast between verses and choruses etc.  The harmony helps there, but if it was me, i'd want a bit of change in the song somewhere, a change in the guitar or drum part or a moment of quiet, even if it was very brief, just to break it up a bit.

I like this song - and yes, it is a little Floyd-ish in construction and sound. 
The mix was a little off imho, drums a bit quiet, and the choice of bass sound a little too "rounded" for me.
But then I've not posted any songs, so who am I to say!!
