if I had a pick,I would try it out,but all I use is a folded up piece of paper which hardly ever seems to work.
it would probably be pretty sweet dude....

hey, my violin bow is fine after quite a bit of use, but i dont flail it or anything.
 you should check out spinal tap, he plays several instruments on stage with his feet and stuff, funny as f***

aye its been done, jimmy page says it all

however for most intents and purposes lets be honest it sounds crap. jimmy played a very simply guitar line (for instance, kashmir) and it was produced to the bollocks to control the sound and make it sound good.

I'd be tempted to say, unless you have a specific need for this, or want to annoy your neighbours, there isn't alot of nice sounds you can make with a bow and a guitar.

if you really want to inject something different into your playing - grab a slide. its an oldie but goodie.

hmm what would playing slide guitar with the bow sound like.... open tuning might work get you one of those muters (not sure what they are called) that mute the strings lay it down around the nut area  take the slide and bow and go to town..
