OK Torrents, download a torrent handler program like BitTorrent : http://www.bittorrent.com/download?csrc=header
LimeWire can also handle torrents these days, as does any other P2P program I suppose.

Once you download and install your Torrent program you can then go to sites like The Pirate Bay and download Torrent files.
You can make a search for Cubase 3, chose a download/version you're happy with and download it.
If you have installed BitTorrent then the torrents you downloaded will have the BitTorrent icon, which means you can click on them and they'll open in BitTorrent, where you will immediately see and understand that the file you want (Cubase/A Film/An MP3/More Porn) is being downloaded.

A few notes from a user, use your nous, keep your wits about you! A good torrent site will have comments, read them and ascertain whether the torrent is kosher or not ! some have viruses , some just don't work , most have instructions, some have viruses that aren't really viruses but in between the crap there are some real gems.
I downloaded 7 versions of Vista in one .iso, there just happened to be an activator with it !lol
It worked perfectly, wish I could say the same for Vista!

My version of SX3 works great.  I have a new (came with keyboard purchase) cubase LE and a version of nuendo 3 and I like the SX3 the best. It's basically the same as the Nuendo 3 just that some of the features work in the sx3 that don't seem to work in the nuendo 3.  This recording software is real easy to learn, and the help menu is pretty good.

Thank you Kings!
Thank you Kings!

That was very elaborate. I'll try this asap. The thought of the possibility of my pc getting infected with a virus scares me though. Thank you all the same.
