Envision - The jam

This song is not in a battle

An Instrumental with a poppish-funk feel to it
Without bass but doesnt sound bad without it

I can hear a real need to sound like a red hot, am i wrong ?
The mix got a bit to much dynamics and i think this tune need some more groove to be cool.
Not bad playin or programmin but it miss something !

If amps and guitars had a 'demo' mode like keyboards do, this is what would come out. Polished and technical, but lacking a sense of individuality.

ooo this is... umm, first of all i rated it excellent, its insane jam, you are on the first page of my good books with this jam, rhcp -- well lets just say there jams are "something else"
your jam was awesome i really liked it, didn't have the greatest feel to it though you can still hear the "computarized" aspects of it, but i really love the rhythm of that guitar! the reason why i didnt rate it professional was because that would be saying this is as good as rhcp (not literally saying it but i hope you know what i mean) you didnt have a bass and i sense that you were trying to get that sound flea makes using an electric and that funky riff, wasnt working for me for about 80% of the song.

but mate you got it going on! question, do you have a band?

Really good, it sounds great but a bass sounding like Flea's would be welcomed. You've got a nice way to play which is quite original. I'm just a bit disappointed because there is no solo, but I don't know how you could add one in your sound... Maybe after the break about 1:40.

But your mix and your guitars are excellent, nothing to add excepting the solo and the bass line.

Groovy
This is some good stuff, I would have gone a bit more crazy on the Wah-Wah pedal or something... overall very groovy.

Hear a bit more of latin sounds and use them here. Your drum sounds good though it's not real.
