You should totally revisit this track this rocks..I came for another listen...
By the way I see you quoted Swordy but I don't see his original post..Im confused!
Lol

As you said yesterday, he was probably reviewing with a little more wine in his veins than what's good for yourself, so probably after he realized his comments were not making much sense he just deleted them. I actually saw at least 3 of them gone.
Anyway...

This is sick I would finish it but vocals may not really be necessary I would personally through some instrumental melodies over the top with a lower counter melody. Maybe an electric for melody and another bass track in some areas playing in the mid to upper register as a counter melody.

The beat you've attempted to do is a very hard one to do. There is some off parts, but all in all, this sounds pretty good. You've used ideas I haven't seen in this type of music, and I'm glad to always see new ideas.

Hey Iz, if you're interested I'd love to record some actual drums for this

Dude, please do it!
I've been checking some of your vids lately and you are playing really good.
I can send you a track with a click and with no drums on it, if you like (well, as soon as I check if I still have the Cool Edit session for this song; it's a really old project that I never finished).
I'd really love to listen to this with some real drums on it.
Great idea, Connor.

Thanks for the compliments there!!

I'd love to have the track with no drums and click if that's possible, if not then oh well.  I tend to throw away my original session files myself so I am guilty of losing the masters/multitracks of my songs.

This is a great progressive-feeling song.

In any case I'll have a go at it, click or no click asap

First impression was : Prince meets dream theatre .. Comes fat & creamy . I love those saturated sounds and arrengements. Courious about bigguy´s drumming .

I started doing it last week but had some problems with doing it. Now I'm busy as... well, I'm really busy, but hopefully this weekend I'll have the track done.
Meanwhile, try to practice it with the full track.
Cheers.

PS: I'm really looking forward to listen how this sounds with real drums.
