Sure production wise there's lots to improve, but I remember how you started once, lol

Yes the song works, structure and lyrics are good, good vocal performance (good instrument performance allround btw), now the next step is getting your arrangements to really sparkle. So far so good don't get me wrong. Keep experimenting

The Vox are better in this mix, but the music on the first has been mixed better in that the panning is better and sounds more full.

Arrangement as PX said much better.
