First I must apologise for not listening earlier.
I'm really really impressed with your song.
You've thought of the structure and got it right, it changes enough to keep it interesting yet it repeats enough to be catchy
You've written a really good lyric that flows and makes sense.
I think your recording is good and your performances very good (ok small timing thing) the end mix is really good and I love the effects on the vocal.
Like swordy said "You're the BAND" , keep it together keep it fun and keep it up.

LOL You sound like a child!!!
I hope you sound like a child for as long as it takes for you to be......... the MAN!

Here comes the chorus..........and a really good chorus it is too!

I was not singing. My little cousin 8 years old was singing. Me and my cousin connor (13 years old) (im gonna be 15 jan 17th) were doing backup vocals for "The man the man the man the man the man". I didnt sing loud enough so connors voice cuts through most of the mix. I just kind of add a low end.

lol anyways

Thanks kings I really appreciate you taking the time to listen and review.
Yes there is a nasty little timing issue, but If you compare this to some of our other work, like Im Gunna Be Ok...Id say there is a major improvement. In quality, structure, and overall song.

I find that I write the best lyrics when Im not thinking about it at 12am.
Thanks again man!

yes this rocks,  for your first serious attempt at recording  your songs it is very good.

The most important parts are all there.. catchy hook, interesting lyrics, good additional parts. nice changes and a very good groove to it.  the timing issues can be fixed with a little more practice but, given you ages it is better than most guys do at your age.

keep it up you are already doing a fine job, continue on and you will improve with each recording .

Great job get very high vote

A great start. My first recording at 17 was Crap compared to this.  Like the chorus man(the man the man the man) Keep the faith.  All good things will come in time.  I recorded a metal band last year in my studio composed of 13-15 year olds and they rocked!! Really surprised me.  Keep it up.!

Hi TheKunadiun, I really like the happy vibe in this song, it's quite playful so you really overhear some minor timing issues. The recording quality and mix down is good, but what I find most interesting are the vocals. Sounds like a child's voice, but it fits here perfectly. Very catchy, gonna listen again right now
