The packages I'm using for the strings are Colossus, and Symphonic Orchestra, you can find them on the East West website (soundsonline.com)

Sounds pretty good! Does sound like music for a game or film. I always seem to make that kind of music too, lol.

However, I suppose I am used to having my music louder and clearer. I feel all parts need a tweak on the EQ so that dominant parts can stay dominant, but you can also hear the not so dominant parts.

ooo most impressive , juicy orchestrals , yup gotta agree film score is a go for music as this.
Really nice melody carried by winds , always a sucker for those horns.

wow. I'm glad I found this. this is really cool. I'd love to be able to do stuff like this. This sound is my kinda goal at the moment. I just can't afford to buy the proper vsts at the moment, so I have to make do with freeware and stuff. It is very reminiscent of the main score on pirates of the carribean, but I guess its unavoidable that its going to sound similar, cos there both pirate themed orchestra pieces. Top notch music, well done!
