dang, i love the melody and the guitar. hmmm.... its beatiful. Add some strings to it? maybe leave it like this, vocals, guitar, and only strings. Towards the end just strum the guitar with chords and with strings and end it how it did. Ofcourse build it up and down in the end. Don't feel limited to what we tell you. You know, just try things out.

Hmm your voice really suites the style you have going for this song. Ya if you add another instrument toward the middle of the song and then little it die back down it'd give it some little changes that could empower the song.
