It’s in the battle 2008-07

Rough demo of the song. Just recorded it one night in my office. I mumble a few words, but you get the idea. I work with teens and so the song is based around some of the social struggles that teens, and people in general go through with being insecure. Pardon that lack of audio mixing and pitchy spots.

Not my style man, but it has potential.
Just few arrangements like strings, piano and few percussion and you have something pretty good.

Very nice
The guitar sounds pretty good maybe you could add some piano and drums. Other than that its awesome!

Very nice melody, your vocals goes great with this style of guitar/music... Yeah, this song has a lot of potential.
Yeah, nice voice.  Great singing.  Looking forward to where this goes.

interesting..
First off with a name like LeBlanc
how can you not have some moniker
of talent???  Referring to Lenny LeBlanc
from the LeBlanc & Karr Fame of the
seventies.. "Falling", "RagDoll" and of
course "Hello It's Me" (written by your's
truly) were just a few of the tracks they
pressed in vinyl for historical  records..
This was before mr. LeBlanc settled
down and became a minister in north
alabama...   with a little editorial prowess
and putting some good tracks down on it,
you'd be surprised!!

Best and Blessings,

Dan - Blueyes

I really like this.  As someone else who spends a lot of his time working with teens, I can relate the words to some of the people I know.

I think a really good song, well played and well sung.  Like Iszil said, a little more in terms of orchestration may lift this even further.  I'm thinking a lush string section and perhaps a touch of orchestral woodwind.  But it's not my song.

Very nice clean recording. Nice voice. Meaningful. I like it. I can hear a (cello?) playing a few notes starting at about 3:05. Stop the song with the guitar stopped and then say your "She says" 3:38... after that it gets boring and monotonous.

Hey, great song man. Don't listen to Witchwyzwurd, it doesn't get "boring and monotonous", especially after 3:38, your voice actually picks up more intensity and power, which really adds to the feeling of the lines you're singing. I would agree that some sort of string instrument could really add some emotional depth to this track.
Nice job.

This is excellent.  the guitar work in the verses works well with the chords you use in the chorus. they work well together.  The lyrics are very good. This could easily be a hit song on the radio right now. I love the the way you put this together, working the vocal melody in the verses into the the stronger chorus parts.  This really stands well just like it is. great job.
