Good on cutting down on the ciggs. I don't think I've smoked once since a little after I wrote this song actually. I work out a lot now; high-intensity cardio, weight training, bodyweight exercises.. I feel great.
Thats cool Luke..I work out as well. I have va ab lounge sit up machine..I try to do 150-200 a day..I have been cutting down on my smokes..Ill give em up soon..I know I can do it
