This is in the battle

Hey little boy, would you like to see what's in my pocket or not?

Thanks for all the nice reviews. I'm not a singer but I've been working on it. It's much better than the other singing song I have on this site.

This is a great song. The instruments flow well together, the transitions are nice. I particularly like the chorus the most, that was the best part, I think. The main vocals could use some work, I think. To me it sounds like you're more talking than singing, and that's effected the pitch in a couple of places. I think it'd be great if you could keep that sort of tone and still have the pitch (it's only a couple of places mind you, I'm trying not to sound too harsh, as this is the only thing I noticed to critique). Overall, this is a nice, smooth song. And I'll give you a nice score for it.

Good job.

uh... thanks for all of your support.

It's weird because I've never heard the velvet underground before but even Chris said I sounded like Lou reed. I can't tell how I'm doing in the battle: it says I don't have any votes and won't compute my average.  So I don't know what's going on.

It's true, in the awesome captian beefheart/sun ra fashion I sung the words and made my brother (plug5) write the chords.  He didn't have any involvement after that though. But a special shout out to him then.
