well, I'll be..
I agree with what dustin said the other
evenin.. if we had tons more songs like
this one, toe tappers and cloggers, then
we might could make a difference in
the world today... I know it would take
a lot to actually straighten it up though.
think about it..

Dark wrote…
Traditional bluegrass songs used to be played very similar to indian music, all over one ot two chords with a lot of complex hammer'n'pull. You have that with a perfect touch of cromatics and I believe that you really captured the sound and soul of the music. Not to mention the lyrics are so sing-a-ble to really rock to. You really had fun with the 2:28-2:5~ , I can tell. Just a delicious little ear feast we have here.

Just waiting on a little inspiration to maybe
find a couple more like this one back in
my head and heart somewhere.. they're
there I know.

Really good tune. The timing's a bit off at the beginning and in the middle, he banjo seems to be losing time here and there. Otherwise much to say but good bluegrass. Nice lyrics, vocals, and banjo, bluegrass kicks ass.

kewl..
thanks Rob and DTF....

Rob, to bad you aren't a little closer, our interests and love for specific instruments, 12strings, ect ect....
really makes me believe that we could write some awesome stuff together...

DTF, I apologize for the latency problems with my tunes.. I can't get the recording studio computer to
straighten that up.. so it makes instruments seem like they're of with each other as well as whole songs
sound that way too...  please be patient..  it will be right at one more year and I will have a lot of things
together and upgraded to handle what I throw at it.. I only hope that what I have put here and on myspace will be an example of the songs so that folks get the idea of what it is... and the potential  they and I have..

more of this please
I've been listening to lots of bluegrass lately and I love what you did
Ok it not perfect but there's real feeling in that song
It makes you want to sing along and that's what it's all about isn't it
Bandamp members being mainly from north America I thought there would be more of that type of music on offer but sadly it's all too rare
You put a smile on my face this morning on a very wet and gloomy day here in the UK so thank you

wow..
VincentL, thanks man.. hey try this one..  acapella...   if the latency problems
were cured, it would have instrumentals..  but I did it this was as a quickie...
I had been challenged to write a protest song..  I know the protest part is a
little obscure..  but just lemme know what you think.. I have a couple more
that I've not recorded yet cause of the problems with the studio... here it is
anyway..
