sounds like you guys are having a lot of fun!  This song definitely has potential...I think you need a better recording though...and perhaps it sounds like your instruments need tuning....and you may want to work on playing in time with each other....keep working on it 

When are you guys going to sit down together and construct a song?

You can all do something good and you obviously jam loads.
