Color me impressed.  I did hear the timing issues for the first few bars but all in all, very cool.
Could I hear it with the sax before I decide?  haha

First off  great song!  I love the feel/groove of this one. The only things I hear I might do differently is:
the lead guitar seems out in front more than IMHO it should be. 
don't hard pan as much (stated before).
I love the bass and drums on this one, they are very tight, bass has some great runs in this song I'd bring him up just a hair.

 I really don't have much to say about the vocals, very well done nice levels and your voice sound great as always.
well maybe a upper harmony line on the chorus. especially on the  "hey hey hey yeah!" line  could be cool .
