This song is not in a battle

well...I'm a mixing moron....and apparently did something wrong while ripping this because it skips all over the place....but anyways, you'll get the gist....

This is my throwback funk song....still in the early stages....lemme know what you think

Yes I'm first............Some of the levels need to be adjusted but like ya said in the early stages. LMAO I was just sayin why doesn't she let her hair down and let it out...and blam Hey Hey Ya!!!!!!! Is that you on the lead? Very nice...Really good vibe here.. Rhythm section is definitely the highlight ....of course your voice and lyrics are great as always.

sounds great, you have this really relaxed sound, very warm, and the tunes are all super relaxed. I could listen to this all day on any festival! eh, too bad about the skipping.

I know you dont really like to hear it, but its really a positive remark when I say it gives me that 60's vibe. hippy style, with that lucid brightness of colours. eh, yeh.

I now want a VW van so I can paint flowers on it.

I think four guitars and a bass are too much for this tune.
Dont know what happened with the skips
I like the drum recording

early stage... ok... dont pan the instruments in this extreme and use more effects like stereo-reverb on the guitar(s)
Its difficult to listen

All in all a good funky style and the idea is great and the performing is very good. one and a half thumb up :-)

Whoa!

I could bother critiquing this a little but I'm too busy grooving to it

I have a vision of a smokey jazz club, you rocking the guitar back and forth wearing a dress over your jeans, the drummer playing a small drum kit but intensly, the lead guitarist jazzing up the tone with a big old gibson hollow body or epiphone sheraton through a marshall jcm800, and a crowd of people having no choice but to bob and sway until the sun comes up! LOVE THE GROOVE!

oh... damn skipping    this is so cool! nice groove... I find no problem really with the levels, it sounds "live"

and hey.. 3 guitars is not that much

great vocals.

hum... maybe I would like to hear a little bit more variation on the rhythm guitar...

Should've happened yesterday baby! Old fav of mine you know it. Not too keen on the vocals leading to the break but whatever - still groovey grrrl. (except for the skipping of course).
