this me playing my own solo with no effect except distortion and its fresh a few minutes ago. i only play guitar for 6 months. PLus my amop cable is down and the distors effectrs on my comp dont work that great

Turn on your amp and use a noisegate for recordings.

It's really really really good to try again...

Needs work... Turn on your amp and turn it up to 11! (Spinal Tap) Also, this is a good start, but you might need to change chords or strings faster, just to give it the solo feel... But that's just my opinion.

I work through my PC, I'm not an instrument and equipment type, so I can only tell you what I think.
