Butch raised hell on several different occasions and inadvertantly caused some life-changing decisions to be made.

This song is sort of different from what I usually do.

Let me know how it goes.

update 5/18: well, it's only been here since May... but I've decided to enter it in the June Battle! so pleeeeze vote!
thanks

- Ben

you know....I don't know how to categorize your material....but, when I think of it...that's not important. I do know your music is quite effective in creating a visceral response from me. Even though I must say I'm not familiar with a genre of music similar to this, I can say I truly enjoy it. You seem to be quite adept at creating soundscapes that are compelling....that seem to "draw me in". This song is no exception. Effective selection of sounds, artfully arranged in a way that not only flows, but also creates a mood. Love the subtle heartbeat sound undergirding the fading sounds of the music at the send. Bravo !

nice ambience, turns the soundscape into a dreamscape. you must have some pretty awesome (soft)synhts for that. Also, I love it that the song came with lyrics, and isn't instrumental. This is a complete work of art, and it's beautiful.

What can I say, taka? Almost everything you do is perfectly blended into a beautiful soundscape.

Another interesting creation. I still want to hear the vocals much louder, I can barely hear what you're trying to say over the buzz of the hard drive that's on it's last leg.

The heartbeat-Pink Floyd themselves, haven't recorded that sound any better.

Man... had to download this, it's so nice.  And I belive that is not only a beautiful soundscape, but a great song itself.

Vocals are very emotional, have to pay attention to them...

good work!!

You've had loads of people raving on about this one - and that's because, bottom line, it's an excellent song!

Some recording issues with the vocals - popping occurs a fair bit, so perhaps a mic screen and a bit more compression on the vox;  also, the end is a disappointment for me as I don't like fade outs.

But other than that .......Wow!

A well constructed, well recorded (the vox notwithstanding), well played piece of music.

Very atmospheric, very nice.

Well done Taka - obviously that visit to Grannies house, at the expense of a fair maiden being ravaged by a troll, has paid dividends.
