This song is not in a battle

Second try -- first one sounded like the chipmunks.

This is a song about a phone call that might never take place.

yeah feedback is good... especially when it's good feedback!

i like this song... from the first 20seconds til the end i have enjoyed it.

Great vocals very well sung and very catchy. At times it seems that the vocals were too soft and in the background, but most of the time they were good.

Guitar sound is very good, as is the drum sound but IMO i would bring the drums a tad forward, but this is just a really small detail that really makes only a tiny difference for me.

I felt that the ending was faded out quite abruptly, maybe change the ending or work on it and it would be a few bonus points for this song!

Overall really good song i got to say i really liked it!

Nice work.  Reminds me of something, but I can't put my finger on it.  One little thing, really try to keep your consonants together... if you're going to double track, a nice little trick is only pronouncing them on the first track.  That way, you don't get a cascading effect... unless of course that's what you want.

Thanks! I totally agree after a couple days in since recording. I've brought them up in the mix.

I'm probably going to stick with the faded ending but I agree it's a bit abrupt. I'll definitely extend.

Nice tune. Agree with the comment that you should turn up the drums.
There some nice vocals harmonies and I like that. This is not exactly my style, but anyway it's good. I don't like the way the main guitar is played... sounds like a bit newbie ( I'm not saying you are a newbie guitarist, but the main guitar sounds like a basic playing), but that's my humble opinion only.
Good recording quality.
Some influences of brit-pop here.

some heavy flangin/phasing would fit this tune perfectly, it's carrying me away already! very nice light tune, gets me drifting to a myriad directions... I guess one calls that "hippy" indeed

drums in the back are okay, they fill in the rhythm guitar perfectly! no probs at all

overall soundscape I'd say... 86% (have to rate it one way or another right )

I like it. The overall feel reminds me a little of Built to Spill. It has a different feel to it, not your tpical pop or butt rock structure.
