Cool song! I like the style.
It definetly needs a bass. The melody of the first guitar solo sounds familiar to me, but maybe it's just me.
The drums are alright, I would just get rid of those cymbals.
Nice idea of using a whammy pedal.
The tapping sounds a bit old fashined.

symbol use makes the tune sound a little tacky....... good feel though
