Update: Video Project Song List |
Time for the next step in the Bandamp United Artists Video Collaboration!
Included in this thread is the complete list of songs that have been suggested for the project.
Now it's up to each participant to place their votes.
Marino has put the best effort in compiling this list, and also wrote the following guidelines:
Votes are open but when voting keep in mind not everyone is at the same performance level.
Look for songs that have the possibility of many verses and choruses and that can easily accomodate multiple instrumental solo breaks so we can have room for many.
The more global the song theme the more chance people will relate to the message and most likely the more feel the performance will have.
The more simple the song the easier will it be to put together from audio mix to video sync.
Keep in mind who's participating when you select songs, have the vision of what would it looks like performed by all of us.That should give you an idea on how to keep it simple for the sake of all.
Please remember is not about rock, pop, electronica or whatnot, its about all of us working together to put forth what we can do as a community regardless of musical genre.
Please pick 5 songs in choice order;
1 is your first choice, 5 is your last choice.
PM your list to Marino and
please leave a message in this thread stating you have voted
The deadline is May 10th.
The complete Song List is HERE.
Good luck!
