Yeah, we're all pretty sensitive about spammers (we're getting increasingly inundated with them). I also saw your post above and immediately perceived it to be spam as well. You should know that we are seriously opposed to spam (using the site for advertising)and we are looking for ways to prevent it.

yeh, i think the problem, MyWebGuy, is that when a person just goes POOF! and shows up and posts identical posts on several parts of the site, you tend to rile some people up   In my experience, I've never actually been inclined to listen to someone who does such things, so my person reaction (at least) is that I'd prefer that you use the site as a musician and not an advertiser.  It's simple really.  I realize that people need to advertise to make money, but... a little grace... please?

Don't get me wrong... I believe that you're a human being too (! :P ) , it just looks/feels funny when a person does what you did.  But hey, if you come in peace, then we'll of course be willing to accept that
