any point of reference that you could give for what you envision when you say "pop"?  it's kind of a wide genre, to be honest...  I'm not necessarily volunteering yet (maybe) to help out, as I've got a lot of other things banging on my door, but I'm at least curious to hear about it.

any bands that you know of that you have in mind, for a point of reference for what vocal sound you'd like to shoot for?
