Ok I can get this done but I would like if it is possible to get response to this ....

What month and weekend would be the best to put this on..   two choices really July or August,

  The venue said most of the weekends were still open.  They are even open Sunday so if we wanted to do a Friday night, Saturday afternoon into Saturday night, and Sunday afternoon it is possible. 


  Please either pm me or respond here with what weekends you could make it, then I could book the weekend with the highest possible turnout.

anything other than August 1 - 10 is good for me.  Where is this again?  Kansas?
I like the idea of early July...the first long weekend maybe?  That gives me travel time.
