I think but am not sure that the transition from the old server to a seperate server is now complete, and we are running on the new server. Loading pages really is faster as are download speeds but login issues are still the same.

I'll check with mud...

Hmmm, that kind of guitar wanking doesn't really do much for me.  I'd much rather watch Phil Keaggy perform The Wind And The Wheat, Tommy Emmanuel perform Michelle.

While we're on Tommy, how about we team him up with my fave ukelele player? http://youtube.com/watch?v=J5qakFIecBU

thats a cool video ... for  fusion playing Greg Howe is considered to be one of the best..  I love Phil Keaggy
but my favs or more along these lines when it comes to AC guitar
http://youtube.com/watch?v=YY-Plvg0PQA&mode=related&search=

especially the 2nd one since Segovia died..  John Williams for some reason has become one of my favorite guitarist.. from  The Land Down Under ... He is also considered to be on of the most perfect technical, (with great feeling) and well trained ears in the classical guitar world..  oh yeah  if you can,   stay till the end,   because Sharon Isbin does a great job on Recuerdos de la Alhambra.

and don't forget the beautiful and talented Murial Anderson   in a duet with  Tommy  Emmanual
http://youtube.com/watch?v=TeGGlviGOb4..

but i also like the the John Mclaughlin ,Al De Meola , and Paco videos too...  if you get a chance check out greg howes other vids playing fusion  jazz  not just noodling

Ear candy

amazing and inspiring videos...all of them! I must confess I wasn't familiar with Greg Howe, but that lead is amazing (fluid runs, amazing phrasing and voicing. He has speed with accuracy, but it doesn't come off as simply an exercise in shredding. He's making MUSIC there! Beautiful). The young man on the ukulele is astounding as well. Thanks, guys!
