You just have to do a bit of a re-shuffle of your time, prioritise!
Do your homework, get your grades, spend time with your friend, do some recording, say hello to your friends at the Amp. 
Find peace in the fact that you wouldn't feel like you've got so much to do if you were not able to actually do it!
