i'm brandnew and found that webside during the search for learning guitar and guns n'roses.  when a tab says 12-14brbr 12 what does it means?

this is the first solo from knocking on havens door from guns n'roses.
and there are some keys i dont know.
rb is normaly for relase bend and
bu is for bend up

p i think is for pull off

but i dont know "br" could someone out there please help me ?

WHat it is saying to do is this, strike the note while fretting the 12th fret, then the 14th fret, then bend.release bend, and pull off to the 12th..   B=bend R=Release Bend P=pulloff 

   p.s.  Guns and Poses suck... hahahaah   jk 

   I actually like some of their stuff....
