I'd like to get:
The Northern Lights book (Golden Compass to all of you American folk
) because I want to read it again before the movie comes out on boxing day.
The Harry Potter 5 DVD (got the others for christmas last year )

I managed to get a week and a half off from work, that'll suffice for now 
egotistical aren't I, to not wish for global peace? Unfortunately I had to dismiss that idea as an errant dream a long time ago. Instead, my wish is that more people would think for themselves and refuse to follow up on decisions other than those which are in their own best interest. I wish people would value (all) life more, and and accordingly deal with people and other living things from a higher perspective on life.

If that fails I'm still looking for a USB device with loads of inputs to make a new portable recorder of sorts. I already know which one...

God ! what an intelligent Christmas wish PX, your wish will probably come true, but I doubt in our lifetimes.
We are all egocentric and all we do is egocentric , the trick is to get the masses to realise that we are.

I want a tent, and a sleeping bag(I lost both this year, god knows how...actually it'd be nice if he could mention it to me at some point so I can get them back).
That whole we're all egotistical thing. It's so true. Really the only reason we like being nice to eachother is cause it makes us feel good.
And if everyone could realise that that's the best way to be selfish then we really would be better off wouldn't we.
Anyway, this christmas, I don't want world peace (there's always next christmas), I just want lots and lots of cool(not ice cold, you'll ruin it) Adnams bitter and for my recent good fortune to carry on forever.
And for you guys to have a very merry crimbo ofcourse!
