ok this guy is lightning on the guitar. In fact at times for this song I feel he needs to backout of the speed thing to let it breathe some. but I gotta tell you I think he can really play knows what he is doing to , You probably have seen this one already though.

Okay, enjoyed this; Now, let me call your attention to this: Did you see that accompanying video "Shawn Lane at 16" where he is supposedly playing with The old Band "Black Oak Arkansas" (of "Hot and Nasty" fame). Now, here's the thing: This supposedly occurred in 1979. This kid is playing with super speed,circular picking, with lots of whammy-bar action (dive bombs, etc)...1979?????...Predating all the whammy bar, tapping, circular-picking, sweep-picking speed kings of the 80's????? Why haven't I heard of this guy? Am I uninformed? Or is this some kind of mistake? Anyway, Thanks, Goat, for the link.

great instructive lesson ,(what the **** is he doing?) , but most fun it is exactly my guitar, only i have a Strat set up with humbucker on the bridge, not at the neck 
its a pretty easy playing piece, but i cant get licks out of it as he does, it must be the bad copy i own

His face in the first video looks as if he was having a seizure or went catatonic.
