Thats odd!  Anything "weird" about the file?  Filename, VBR/constant bitrate, etc?

Ive seen some pretty strange things but mostly its been after the upload is considered successful.  There are some audio threads from about a year ago, where the audio file was fine for a few days, and then broke.  The threads are still there but the mp3 files are missing when you try to play them back.

Have you tried uploading the same file on say something like Soundcloud? If it uploads on there then it is a sure thing the AMP has technical issues.

I think there is a Max size of mp3 for the AMP, but cannot remember what it is.

The soundcloud stuff is pretty aggressive.  They rewrite the file at 256kbps mp3 no matter what you upload, so theyve got a big investment in making it bulletproof.

The "has to be bigger than 1mb" message makes me think the site code isnt handling the filename correctly, so once its uploaded, the code loses the file entirely, and so thinks the file is 0mb.

This issue has been fixed
Hi everyone,
The server had run out of space so it was rejecting any MP3 files that were uploaded. I've fixed this issue and you can upload MP3 files again. Oh also, apostrophes and quotes now work too.
