From the annals of the continuing saga re: struggling live music scene
The Fun Police Vs Annandale  one of Sydney's iconic venues comes to a head .
The venue has operated for decades but with current desirable inner west $$ real estate value and Council determined to get their way something had to give.  
Ironically also here in Sydney due to  failing business, going broke & closing doors restaurants & cafe's took Council to court to  re open  smoking areas al fresco dining.
