You've probably seen this kind of thing before, and it is amazing, these guys though are deaf or have some other handicap

The people in white must be conductors, but who are conducting them   - or they are Novices

According to the youTube page they are the conductors .... who are conducting to the music.
Apparently a lot of the performers are deaf so they need the conductors to 'see' the music.

Amazing precision to the choreography, creating a spectacular show.
