I don't know if you have anybody particulairy in mind or just in general, but I can try and explain to you why I don't always critique when I listen.

I have very little knowledge of mixing/mastering, so when a song is uploaded with the emphasis on how it's mixed and mastered in the description I feel it's not up to me to say anything about it and frankly I have no clue what I can say.
