Skype for personal use doesnt allow conference cam chats. You'll have to buy a pro version.
But we did skype talks with a couple of members in the past. The make of "Saviour My Heart" by JBP has been also done by Skype

I've been online tonite with jimdatman to checkout recording skype conversations.....

So interviews possible
With ampers
That on Skype ......

I think conference chat recordable too.....

But need to test the whole thing first

i think a conference call is recordable .... just have to try it!!!!
