Earlier this year, I recorded a cover of Tim Minchin's "Drowned" for my friend Kay. I posted it on YouTube just in case anyone was looking for versions of that song.

Well today, Tim himself somehow stumbled across it, and posted it to his official Twitter!

I realize, right after posting this, that it may not be the correct forum/location for such a post. It's the only sub-form of BandAmp that I use though so it feels odd to post it elsewhere. If any of the mods feel that I should re-locate it then I'll gladly do so though. Please just let me know.

I clicked the link and got a 'cloudy' twitter page ... for ages ... and nothing else loaded or happened.

Actually I received an email the next day from a woman in England who was a big Tim Minchin fan. She said she had found my cover, and sent Tim a message telling him he had to check it out, and he did. So that makes it kind of even more awesome (in my mind at least).
