In fact, I do believe sharing the link to file-upload is a helpful suggestion for those who aim to do collaborations, but the message is short and non-informative and mr K19 does not appear to have been on here ever before. So I'd really like to know who we are dealing with... ?

Wait, let me put it like this. If I do not get an answer within a day or so I will regard K19 to be a spambot of some sorts and act appropriately.
