okay I need some help for one of the songs I'm working on..I want it to feature a flute/clarinet but I doubt as many people play it here as guitars or drums or keyboards.

I can play the flute, but haven't touched it for a while so I'm on the rusty side!  I'll certainly give it a go if you'd like.

hi mate luckily there is some wind players salvation amid a buzzing  hive of guitar players here , what a great site bandamp is..
As like Jim I play the flute , am pretty regular so chops ain't too bad also play sax .
To audition check out out songs ... "babies commin home now and silk nights" .
I play sorta fusion Jethro Tull style , nothing fancy aka Hubert laws.

Actually Jim and Swordie and me could form the virtual horn section ......look we'll even consider kazoo players.We of course would want a decent drink rider, none of that cheap stuff, best bubbly, beer , Jack and vodka etc.

Nah, sorry, not the flute,  I play trumpet. And Swordfish does play trombone, really well. Sorry that's not what you're looking for. But if you ever do need a trumpet, I will try, although I have very little experience recording.
