Funnily enough, I already have a similar playlist.  I rotate every 2 weeks, but the playlist has well over 200 songs.  For something that lasts a week, to be fair, I kept it of reasonable length and didn't repeat artists:

When The Levee Breaks - Led Zeppelin
Since You've Been Gone - Powderfinger
Dust In The Wind - Kansas
What You Want - John Butler Trio
Shook Me All Night Long - AC/DC
Chemical Heart - Grinspoon
Little Wing - Jimi Hendrix
Prince Of Spades - Dispatch
Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd
Riders On The Storm - The Doors
Thin Air - Pearl Jam
Angel - Aerosmith
Virtue And Vice - The Black Crowes
Norwegian Wood - The Beatles
Limelight - Rush
All Right Now - Free
Tiny Dancer - Elton John
Beast Of Burden - The Rolling Stones
Don't Think Twice It's Alright - Bob Dylan
Innuendo - Queen
Chameleon - Herbie Hancock

On shuffle, that would easily last me a week.
