No further votes have been submited to the above list, so I need to work out how many of the above songs will fit on a CD in order of votes received. Should hopefully have done this by mid week.

There is one other thing I need to do, prepare a recording agreement for all of us to sign, just so that we are all protected, or it could be a band agreement, whatever is the eisiest method, so if anyone has prepared such agreements, please keep it simple, then please send it to me. I've seen some on the net, they are very lengthy, more designed for a recording label and such like.

recording agreement for all of us to sign, just so that we are all protected
Perhaps any suitable possibilities :

http://creativecommons.org/
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.0/de/

this is a forum where I loaded up an "U.L.I." album ( Anfunk) under ´CC` licence. Every artist is free to choose his individual conditions .   Very flexible system.

It´s a nice site to link maybe , dunno.............some stuff to discuss how to broadcast and popularise ´amper´s `music . iTunes , yahoo , myspace, net-radios, other non-commercial sites , net-labels, facebook , twitter .....etc.
All those tools we should use to introduce our music and to leave our "cheese cover" / "ivory tower" of the amp and to interrest & motivate  more external musicians to join  and to reactivate inactive members
just a proposal..........

Thanks for the links, I was hopeing that someone would be able to provide a simple contract, so that all we would need to do is fill in our details, song names and sign it.
I'm pretty hopeless when it comes to Administration
