upload whatever picture you want to your "album" in your profile. then right click on it and press properties. then copy the web adress. go whereved you want in the forum then click the img tab. the img tags will show up. paste your web address inside of those tabs with no spaces. erase 90x120 or anything like that if it says it in the web adress.
