well regarding the chat online state I can tell you that the system holds you for 5 or 7 minutes and then you will be logged off of the chat room.
But when you keep the chat window open and start a new tab or a new browser task the system can't "see" what you are really doing there.... hehe
Once the window is closed the chat should recognize you as gone. that's a good idea.... I am hoping TLS has a good nose to manage that.
