| WHATS THE DEAL WITH THE FINNISH!?!?!?! |
Ok so everytime i get my monthly dose of music magazines (Revolver, Guitar Legends, & Guitar World) there always seems to be some article or some advertisement for a HEAVY death metal band or some VERY SCARY
looking bands.... AND 99% of the time there FINISH.... i just want to know whats the deal with bands out there like Black Tide, Gorogoth, Apocolyptica just to name a few... i mean nothing wrong with it as a matter of fact I now highly respect these bands for what they do i mean lighting fast shred riffs, meaningful vocals, outlandish costumes. ..... did i just describe mid 80's rockers (enter KISS) hahaha! but seriously is metal just more excepted over there than it is here? and I dont think its just the finnish i mean look at the history all over Europe there has always been someone pushing buttons over there!!! ALWAYS!!! wich is why *strains as he pulls up a LARGE suitcase that apparently is WAY overpacked* wich is why I'm headed over there!!!!!!!! YEEEEEEE HAAAAWWW!!!!!! hahaha but yea I definatly want to play (or see) the german am-ring one day!!!!!

Apparently because of all the lack of sun light up in northern Europe the people are dead frustrated, high suicide rate and all that, could be the reason for all the extreme musical expressionism.
Remember that Northern Europe is home to the Vikings, Visigoths, Saxons, Celts, etc etc all fucking idiots in their own rights!!!
And are actually still the same fucking idiots they have always been!

They're from Arizona .___. (like three of the people are Mexican)
But yeah,some of those Black Metal people are CRAZYYYY.
and that Eftos guy looks.... scary and menacing and cool all at the same time?

Flew summer time Sydney >winter Copenhagen >Sydney for gig .....3days in all.
We went to this place >Christiana >2am after show, there was this little night club , the barman kid you not looked like Hagrid, sound track "Hair" in fact Age of Aquarius was playing , being nicely toasted a bit pissed and jetlaged , through the haze I saw what looked like Chinese people everywhere .....'wernt we in Singapore last night ????" , Doh ....hang on .....Inuit ....Eskimos, So in this bar scene from Star wars we met Lars from Iceland , he'd come to Copenhagen for root canal surgery, couldn't understand a word he said but we had a few beers laughed a lot ,and he got Hagrid to play some Icelandic metal ......we bonded .....brothers.
