I've been wanting to get a Digitech JamMan or a Boss RC-series loop station for a while now, but currently the high cost of them has me waiting till I can buy one and feed myself at the same time.

They are much more convenient since they are good for live and are hardware-based loop stations, but I was wondering if anyone had experience with a software-based one.  For the home use I plan, it should suffice until I get one.

A VST-style program would be dandy.
