I own the Behringer 1204FX usb mixer and I have to say its really awesome so good choice there.
I don't own a Line 6 pod so i am not 100% sure...but what would you be using it for? Different sound effects? if your using it for effects you can plug it into the effects loop thing it has or plug the pod into one of the input lines and then plug your mic or guitar into the pod. then plug the behringer into the computer and you can record.
if your using the pod to record, thats absolutely pointless because the behringer records onto the computer (as it is a usb mixer) and it has very decent quality
Check out my song "The Man". Thats a good example of the sound quality poewr with this mixer

Does the pod ux2 only have the USB output ?
Somehow you need to bridge that gap...USB to jack, I have an older version of the same mixer and all the inputs are very classic audio jacks, no usb or firewire, yours seams the same.
I checked out the POD UX2 site and came across some VERY useful pdfs .....

thanks for your reply what i want to do is use the pod farm software that comes with the pod ux2 i have all my presets in there and love the sounds you can make with it thanks again
its ok i got it to work thanks to you guys thanks for the help..
Hello Fullyloaded.... I have both the line6 UX2 and a Behringer X802.... The only time I use the usb out is when I am using a midi controller through the mixer. The best way is to come straight out of the back of your line6 with both mono 1/4" L&R jacks. you can then enter the Behringer using either one or two inputs, depending on is you use an adapter to bring both L&R into one stereo jack or if you separate them totally.
Then all you have to do is run your pod farm software.... and you're in business *Hope this helps
